How to make pickled hot peppers

Steps:
Preparing the Peppers: Wash and dry the peppers thoroughly. You can leave them as is, or slit them open slightly to speed up pickling (and help them absorb flavor). Preparing the Pickling Brine: In a saucepan, combine the water, vinegar, salt, and sugar. Bring the mixture to a boil, then let it cool. Filling: Place the garlic and coriander seeds in the bottom of a clean glass jar. Add the peppers (and carrot or lemon slices, if you like). Pour the cooled pickling mixture until the peppers are completely submerged. Storage: Cover the jar tightly. Store in a cool, dark place for 7 to 14 days. After opening, it is recommended to refrigerate. ⚡ Quick Method (Ready in 24–48 hours): Variations: Use the same ingredients, but cut the peppers into strips or small pieces. After preparing the pickling solution, pour it while it's warm over the peppers in the jar. Leave it to cool, then store it in the refrigerator. It will be ready in one to two days, but tastes even better after three days. ✅ Tips for Successful Pickling: Make sure the jar is clean and dry to avoid spoilage. Fully submerging the peppers in the solution prevents mold. Do not use wet tools or wet fingers inside the jar.
