How to make pickled cauliflower

Preparation method
1. Preparing the Cauliflower: Cut the cauliflower into small florets and wash it well. Boil it in boiling salted water for only 2-3 minutes (soft blanching). Drain well and let it cool completely and dry. 2. Preparing the Pickling Solution: In a saucepan, mix the water, vinegar, salt, and sugar. Let it heat slightly until the salt dissolves, then let it cool completely. 3. Filling: Place the garlic cloves, peppercorns, beetroot (if using), and spices in the bottom of the jar. Gently add the boiled cauliflower until the jar is full. Pour the cooled pickling solution over it until it is completely submerged. 4. Pickling and Storage: Cover the jar tightly. Leave it in a cool, dry place for 5 to 7 days. After opening, it is best to refrigerate it. ✅ Tips for Successful Pickled Cauliflower: Lightly boiling preserves the crunch. Adding beets adds a beautiful color and a subtle flavor. Make sure the cauliflower is completely dry before placing it in the jar. Be sure to sterilize the jar thoroughly to prevent mold.
