Professor Dr. Tayseer Abu Arjah is a prominent academic and media figure in the Arab world, born in the town of Shuwaykeh near Tulkarm in Palestine. From a young age, he showed interest in literary reading and contributed his poems and thoughts to newspapers such as "Al-Jihad," "Palestine," "Amman," and "Al-Masaa" in the 1960s.

He obtained a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Cairo University in 1971, and later achieved his Master's and Doctorate from the Faculty of Media at the same university. His research focused on the role of media in national and historical issues, such as Egyptian journalism and its relationship with the British occupation.
