Since violence is not inherited, it is therefore an acquired behavior that a person learns or experiences during their life, especially in childhood. If violence was previously practiced on them in the early stages of their life, they will likely practice it later on others, and even on elements of nature, whether plants or animals. As the media is one of the pillars of social upbringing, we consider the small screen to be one of the most dangerous mediums in this field because it is an entertainment tool found in almost every home in our society and does not require literacy to be understood. A child begins to pay attention to it from the beginning of their perception of sound and image, in addition to its appeal as a mass communication medium. The image leaves a magical effect on the eye, being more eloquent and powerful than the written or spoken word, as the viewer is in a state of susceptibility without necessarily being in a state of incitement or arousal. A preschool child, although lacking the ability to follow a story's plot and misinterpreting the intentions and motives of its characters, is nevertheless fascinated by some of the characters presented and tends to imitate them. This is clearly seen in the imaginative play our children engage in. Sound and image also play an important role in education and the internalization of standards and behaviors into an individual's life, especially when repetition and insistence on highlighting an idea or image have a planned role. This means that television influences us against our will and reshapes our personality from within, both positively and negatively. Therefore, it is rightly called the 'third parent,' following the mother and father in rank. It shares in the responsibility of preparing and raising children. It can also be considered, if misused, the germ of the era that the West has exported to destroy our generations and even the generations of those who exported it.
