This book offers a new perspective on inheritance by redefining the terms 'the book' and 'the obligation', with additional details on marriage topics, as well as discussions on topics like guardianship, divorce, and single motherhood, and reinterpreting the concept of the Sunnah with greater accuracy. It addresses issues in 'women's jurisprudence' such as marital authority and polygamy that have historically disadvantaged women throughout Islamic history. The author explored the stagnation in Islamic legislation and historical reasons for the suspension of reason and effort, which deprived women of many rights.
This prompts a reconsideration of the prophetic tradition and the concept known as 'The Science of the Reasons for Revelation', ensuring that the sacred revelation is suitable for all times and places.
