The Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet series graphene thermal pads serve as an excellent substitute for high-performance thermal compounds. While resembling Carbonaut pads in having a flexible surface and impressive thermal conductivity, KryoSheet as a high-end product provides notably enhanced thermal transfer capabilities. The graphene pads in KryoSheet have a molecular configuration stacked in the Z-direction. This optimized design enables remarkable and stable thermal conductivity due to a specialized production method that breaks up the hexagonal crystal structure of graphite along the basal plane to leverage the anisotropic thermal conductivity of graphite. However, this advanced method also elevates electrical conductivity and affects pad stability, necessitating careful usage as instructed!

KryoSheet comes pre-assembled in various standard sizes for CPU/GPU applications, such as 38 x 38 mm.
