Professor Munir Hassan Nayfeh, a professor of physics at the University of Illinois, USA, is one of the world's pioneers in nanotechnology and the founder of the new branch of chemistry: single-atom chemistry. He has obtained twenty-three patents for the creation of nanosilicon particles and their applications, and has authored six scientific books in addition to two hundred and fifty scientific publications in this field.

His nanotechnology research has also paved the way for a medical breakthrough that will contribute to the treatment of many diseases, in addition to applications in agriculture, food, the environment, electronics, space exploration, and more.

This short scientific story is one of Nayfeh's creations; he has authored eight scientific stories about nanoscience for children and young adults. In it, he transports us to a world of science fiction woven with scientific facts that he aimed to deliver to the younger generation in a simple style and an engaging literary concept.

Professor Munir Nayfeh, an honorary member of the Ibtekar Society for Creativity Development in Jordan, gifted this story to the society, where it was translated and published to enrich Arabic content with science fiction stories that introduce new scientific concepts in an easy and simplified Arabic language.
