The Stranded by Shahrazad... The story that caught me by surprise and became a novel. When I began writing it, I experienced what is called 'migration during writing'... It felt as if I had left for unknown places, visiting remnants of old cities and vast, endless spaces. These places had no clear names, nor were there maps stored in memory. I didn't know where I traveled to during writing or where I returned from, but I am certain that I detached from the gravity that supposedly binds us to the earth, feeling absent from my body for long hours. I was overwhelmed with words and events, feeling an unsettling noise as characters narrated their stories simultaneously and ceaselessly. I became an easy prey to anxiety, growing tense whenever I missed writing an important phrase, as if words hovered around me like a swarm of bees. Some words came with a disturbing noise, making me wake up to write, write at red lights, pause meals, and end phone conversations to write. All of this vanished with the final word of this surprising story that became a novel!
