"The Present of the Islamic World" - a world that captures the attention of the entire globe, east and west, moving and pushing them to undermine it and plot against it. This is because it is the world where the message of Islam has spread and united its people under the testimony that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah. This world inherited the challenge faced by the early nations and those who claim affiliation with other heavenly religions against the noble Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and his successors. This world inherited the teachings, ethics, values, law, and methodology of Islam. So why should we be surprised that it has been the focus of nations since ancient times.

We present this book to the esteemed reader to be a link in a complex chain of scholarly works offered by the sincere sons of Islam to serve the causes of Islam, to open minds to be alert and awake, to be aware of their surroundings, and to contemplate and be certain that Islam, since the dawn of its light, has faced difficulties and obstacles. However, our trust in God is great, for He is the preserver of His religion, and He will establish it even if the disbelievers hate it.

In this book, we offer a comprehensive and important study aimed at focusing on Muslim youth, providing them with confirmed, certain, and documented information that prepares them for their entrusted role. It aims to make them righteous, understanding, and aware citizens who are not deceived by lies, propaganda, or the poisons promoted to deviate them from the right path.

Our goal is to confront the encroaching currents in the world through modern means of communication and due to the massive information revolution that has erupted globally, making it—as they say—a single village. Consequently, information and ideas have multiplied, becoming like arrows aimed at the Muslim individual, who stumbles before all that he faces, not knowing where the truth is or how to find salvation.

In this field, we only want to enlighten Muslim youth about their reality. We only want to define their identity, affirm it for them, and encourage them to preserve it from any attempt to obliterate it. We want to stabilize them in their position and place, fearing for them from slipping into any abyss into which they might fall.

Our purpose in presenting this scholarly work is to make the youth aware of the dangers surrounding them and that their Islamic homeland has always been and still is a coveted prize for every usurper because it is a land of wealth and the cradle of religions. It is the land that colonialism raced to occupy and competed to exploit due to its pleasant climate, natural beauty, and sublime sanctity.

The book aims to enlighten the modern generations about their history and present, especially since the colonizers tried to erase the features of Islamic history, so that Muslim youth would grow up without a past. And he who has no past has no present or future. The history of Muslims is a great source of pride and an indelible ancient glory. Teaching it to the new generation is a duty and an obligation because it is part of their Islamic creed, and erasing it is an unforgivable crime. The glories of our ancestors are a lesson and an admonition for us, a lesson upon which we draw our present and future. The intention is not to narrate tales or explain plans, but to emulate, learn, and benefit. We must emphasize that all the issues and problems the Islamic world is experiencing now are remnants of old problems and a heritage we inherited from our predecessors. We cannot reach a solution unless we go back to the causes and effects.
