The concept of preference is widespread and used in various fields, having a clear and ongoing influence on prioritizing life matters. The comprehensive development in scientific, technological, and educational knowledge necessitates a parallel intellectual, psychological, and social evolution, where preference takes precedence. Preference varies among individuals based on multiple factors, rooted in their intellectual framework and their perception of the importance and value of given alternatives. These alternatives must be arranged on an evaluative scale to achieve psychological and mental stability. This preference can range from simple extreme values to complex ones, as it strives to balance the best alternative with the desired outcome or goal of the selection process. This is reflected in the verse from the Holy Quran: "And We have certainly honored the children of Adam and carried them on the land and sea and provided for them of the good things and preferred them over much of what We have created, with [definite] preference" (Al-Isra: 70).
