The New Marxism: A Return to Marx to overcome the prevailing Marxisms. In the book "The New Marxism," the starting point for each group is the assertion of the legitimacy of a Marxist current that crystallized during the twentieth century, within the framework of the struggles Marxism experienced as it transformed into a power, stemming from its deviation from or distortion of true Marxism. We are witnessing an intellectual and political renaissance and a revival movement of great breadth, driven by an enthusiasm to affirm the legitimacy of this or that Marxist ideology. This follows the schisms that came after the Bolsheviks' seizure of power, the death of Lenin, the subsequent rise of Stalin, and the emergence of the Stalinist-Trotskyist split, leading up to the Chinese experience and the formation of Maoism, and passing through Guevara, who appeared as a saint calling for liberation and rebellion. It is a revival movement that revisits these divisions with a sharper tone, pushing for further fragmentation of the currents themselves.
