Mudhar Riyad Al-Dibs is a Syrian researcher and politician with a Master's degree in Religion, Politics, and Global Society. He has numerous published studies and research, with one of his prominent works being the book "The Concept of Citizenship or the Image of Citizenship in Faith's Stability," published in 2021 by the Arab Institution for Studies and Publishing.
