I may mention a disagreement in some cases, and that is when their corrections differ, giving precedence to al-Nawawi's correction and presenting it as definitive, making the opposing view that of al-Rafi'i." This book, Tanwir al-Masalik, serves as a commentary on 'Umdat al-Salik, explaining it, clarifying its ambiguities, and interpreting its complex terms.
