Sometimes, the boss is the chairman of a Fortune 500 company, and other times, the boss is in charge of a local sports team.

There are those at all levels in companies of all types who have ended up mistakenly in a leadership position, causing problems for themselves and their team due to their naivety and lack of competence. Some bosses are extremely kind, while others are utterly unpleasant. Some bosses can't even remember their employees' full names, evade their responsibilities, and are so incompetent that the company would truly be better off without them.

There are even unnecessary bosses who do not add any real value as most employees can manage better without them, only bringing headaches and stress to the workers.
