The nature of this study's topic necessitated the following structure:

Chapter One: An introduction that included the research problem, its elements, the study's importance, and its desired objectives. This chapter concludes with a set of terms that were frequently used throughout the book.

Chapter Two: Titled 'The Nature of Criminal and Restorative Justice for Juveniles,' this chapter addresses the nature of criminal justice for juveniles (its development and concept) in the first section. The second section discusses the nature of restorative justice for juveniles, touching upon its concept, methods, implementation programs, and benefits. The third section details the benefits of restorative justice for juveniles and distinguishes it from criminal justice for juveniles.

Chapter Three: This chapter covers the theoretical aspect of restorative justice for juveniles as reflected in national, regional, and international legislation, divided into three sections: The first section deals with restorative justice for juveniles according to global standards and principles, addressing international efforts and major conventions. The second section covers it according to regional standards, summarizing key regional agreements. The third section examines it according to Jordanian national legislation, comparing it with international standards and principles, and clarifying the Jordanian legislator's alignment and conflict with these standards, through an analytical study of the Juvenile Law.

Chapter Four: This chapter takes a practical approach, presenting statistics from real-world practice. It is divided into three sections: the first highlights the role of police agencies in juvenile justice, the second discusses judicial precedents in restorative justice for juveniles, and the third covers the role of the Ministry of Social Development.

Chapter Five: This chapter includes the conclusion, some of the researcher's findings—most importantly that the restorative justice approach for juveniles is a modern concept not adequately applied in our Jordanian national legislation—and recommendations, such as amending the Juvenile Law and developing a strategy to activate restorative justice in practice. It concludes with a list of references.
