The study of the Prophet's political actions with a foundational approach examines the actions of the Prophet in leadership. This analysis of understanding prophetic texts is among the most significant in Islamic jurisprudence and hadith studies. Since hadiths are the second source of Islamic legislation and a tool for understanding the Quran, it is essential to put effort into their classification, study, analysis, and understanding of their objectives, revealing the relation of their rulings to time, place, and reality's changes. This book's subject 'Prophetic Political Actions' pertains to one methodological tool necessary for this purpose, which is the classification of prophetic actions based on the context or situation in which they were undertaken by the chosen Prophet, peace be upon him. It distinguishes between actions that are permanent religious legislation for Muslims and those that are not. Unfortunately, this classification, which was supposed to bring about significant changes in dealing with hadiths and religious rulings, has not received the necessary attention, leading to many imbalances in religious jurisprudence and life. In this study, we focus on prophetic political actions due to their importance in comparing political jurisprudence from an Islamic perspective, starting with the nature of the Prophet's political practice as a temporary worldly management and its relationship with the positions of prophethood and the message. It ends with the foundations upon which Muslims should build their political life and the perceptions they logically should hold about the state's nature, its functions, and the nature of political practice in general. Hopefully, this research contributes methodologically to clarifying the necessary change in that.
