My experience teaching Commercial Law to students at the Faculty of Law at Delmon University for Science and Technology in Bahrain was the direct impetus for authoring this book (Principles of Jordanian, Bahraini, and Kuwaiti Commercial Law). I taught this subject through handwritten lectures due to the lack of a specialized reference explaining Bahraini or Kuwaiti commercial law, relying at the time on Jordanian references.

Due to my strong belief in explaining the Jordanian Commercial Law, I felt compelled to also explain the Kuwaiti and Bahraini commercial laws alongside it, to serve as a reference for law students at Delmon University from Bahrain and Kuwait. This was an important stage in my life while teaching them, as the university strove to keep pace with academic developments on a global and regional level. I worked hard to present the explanation of the three laws in a simplified and easy-to-understand manner, allowing students to grasp its vocabulary and content with ease. The focus was on citing the legal texts from the Jordanian Commercial Law No. (12) of 1966, the Bahraini Commercial Law No. (7) of 1987, and the Kuwaiti Commercial Law No. (68) of 1980.

As I continue to teach Commercial Law at Jadara University to students in the Faculty of Law and other faculties that include this course in their curriculum, my conviction has grown to release this book in its current form for our dear students. I have made every effort to focus on the legal texts, providing a comparative analysis of the three laws—Jordanian, Bahraini, and Kuwaiti—to serve as a reference for scholars in various legal fields.
