Professor Dr. Ibrahim Mustafa Al-Hamad from Iraq is a distinguished poet, literary critic, and a professor of modern literature and criticism at Tikrit University. His notable affiliations and roles include:

• Member of the General Union of Writers and Authors in Iraq - General Center, and President of the Salah al-Din Writers and Authors Union (2015-2020).
• Founding member and Vice President of the Young Poets League in Salah al-Din (1994-2000).
• President of the Poets League at the College of Education, Tikrit University (1995-1999).
• Founder of the Tuz Literary Forum.
• Editorial Secretary for the refereed Tikrit University Journal for Human Sciences until 2015.
• Editor-in-Chief of the "Awrak Adabiyya" newspaper and a member of the editorial board of the refereed "Al-Harf Al-Adabi" newspaper.
• Member of the editorial board of the "Madrasat al-Jinn" literary magazine in Egypt.
• Member of the scientific committee for the International Forum on Muhammad Al-Bashir Al-Ibrahimi at Al-Bashir Al-Ibrahimi University in Algeria, and the International Forum titled "The Palestinian Critical Achievement and its Specificity according to Omar Atiq" also in Algeria.
