I've enhanced it with verses sweeter than refreshing water, more charming than enchanting spells; if read to stones, they would burst. Take this work from me as a companion for your solitude, a comforter in loneliness, as its words reach your ear swiftly and its meaning touches your heart because we will talk about the fruit of conversation, about love and its elusive secret, this word 'love' that has been called many names by the ancients, though the meaning remains unchanged — love. Just as the Eskimos have fifty words for snow because it is a major part of their life, love, too, has many meanings and names for those who live it, yet it remains that mysterious 'love', love for those who live it! In this notebook, we will awaken dormant volcanoes of love within each person. We will experience love naturally, without striving to perform it or play the roles of lovers, but trying as much as possible to bring it out from within ourselves, as it is latent like a hidden spark. We want to imprison it because we suffer much from it!
