Latifa Al Haj Qadeh, born in the southern Metn coast 'Ghobeiry', is a member of the Lebanese Writers Union, has worked in journalism and education, and participated in many educational, literary, and cultural conferences. She has published numerous literary pieces, prose poems, as well as social and educational articles in various newspapers and magazines. She holds a Master's in Education from the University of Quebec, Canada, and a Bachelor's in Natural Sciences from the Lebanese University. She is a founding member of the Social Renaissance Association, the Women's Forum Association, and the Schizophrenia Patients Association, and is part of the Cultural Dialogue Circle. She practices yoga and Transcendental Meditation (Siddhi level).
