A shot fired from Salem's gun, its sound muffled by the silencer he kept in the back of his pants as usual, hit the forehead of the doctor who thought she was wise while listening to their tragic tales. She asked for their IDs to hand them over to the authorities.

Hadi's face relaxed as he saw a thin line of blood trickling down her Botox-filled face, whispering eagerly to Salem:

"I'll kill the nurse."

Salem nodded indifferently, packed the ashtray he used throughout the session into a plastic bag from his pocket, preparing to leave and destroy the doctor's notes to leave no evidence.

Hadi noticed his friend's state, stopping him to say:
