Introduction

Marketing is one of the essential activities that businesses engage in. However, some organizations have resorted to unethical marketing practices, negatively affecting their performance. It's crucial to differentiate between ethical marketing practices and marketing deception, a concept recognized by researchers and consumer protection agencies.

In the Arab world, marketing deception hasn't received adequate attention compared to the global focus. Despite this, organizations strive to protect their reputation from fraud and deception.

The study examines the relationship between marketing deception and organizational reputation improvement, analyzing these variables and providing recommendations to the studied organizations.

A theoretical model was developed to explore the connection between marketing deception (independent variable) and organizational reputation (dependent variable), supported by hypotheses tested through statistical data from studied organizations.

The study consists of four chapters. The first chapter covers research methodology and previous studies. The third chapter focuses on the data analysis and hypothesis testing in pharmacies and relevant sectors, while the final chapter presents conclusions and future recommendations.
