She finds it incredibly difficult to digest the events; the waiting gnaws at her nerves, crushing her… She eagerly wishes to hear his voice again, calling her passionately. Who will bring him back from the coma that has struck everyone? Perhaps she fell in love with him without realizing it, perhaps he attracted her against her own weary and rebellious self… He asks her repeatedly, requests, insists, angers her, but when his voice is absent, yearning to ask him settles within her. She finds herself on the brink, terrified by the depth of the abyss that might swallow her, becoming filled with doubt, fearing every word he might say, every step he might take. Oh, how does one discover the darkness within? Huda Eid, born in Wardaneye, Shouf District. She holds a Master's degree in Arabic Language and Literature from the Lebanese University, First Branch – Beirut. A literature teacher for high school. She has directed three plays for the school theater:
