Addressing the topic of social welfare in various labor organizations necessitates a return to the distant past of human history, specifically to the eras where labor relations and systems were non-existent or confined to their narrowest limits (the family, the tribe, the clan...). It also requires looking at subsequent periods during which they emerged and evolved from simple relationships to increasingly complex ones, in line with the development of economic, social, and cultural systems of human societies in their movement and the dynamics of popular activity throughout history.
