Shake well to blend the bi-phase formula. Dispense onto a cotton pad and gently press over one eye. Allow a few seconds for the formula to dissolve waterproof makeup, then gently sweep the cotton pad from the inner to the outer corner. Repeat on the other eye using a fresh pad. Remove any remaining product with a clean tissue or by simply rinsing it off.
