With thanks to God, you are now holding my second attempt in your hands, following my first book 'Graduation Advice'. I was motivated to publish this book due to the numerous shy messages that continue to reach me on Instagram, from both genders, real followers who chose to use anonymous or fake accounts for privacy. These messages often asked:

• Abdulrahman, how can I stop watching pornography? I'm exhausted and drained.
• Can you give me advice to stop this habit?
• I want to quit masturbation, but how?

In response, this book is a compilation of the advice and suggestions I have shared to mend and heal the fractures in their hearts and souls, advice that, despite its simplicity, has been effective for many who thanked me after their recovery - all thanks to God.
