The book consists of 19 educational stations, starting with the first important one, the "launching point," which we've named "Introduction to Teaching." This is because a teacher needs a theoretical understanding of the teaching process: its nature, why it's necessary, whether it's an art or a science, and other questions that might occupy a teacher's mind, especially a novice. Following this, the stations proceed sequentially, with the second station being "Planning the Teaching Process," and so on, until the final, nineteenth station, which focuses on homework assignments.
Each station in this book is addressed through a series of questions for each of its elements, followed by comprehensive and detailed answers. This is then succeeded by a case study or topic for discussion, which can be used to spark debate among practitioners to summarize the content of each topic. The narrative of each station concludes, before the bibliography, with a simple reminder for the teacher about the station's subject to reinforce the points covered.
The topics of the stations in this book are diverse, distinguished, and cater to the needs of practitioners. They include the latest writings on each subject. Additionally, applied examples are present in most topics, and the author has introduced innovative ideas for some subjects that teachers can utilize and implement in their teaching.
The book can be considered a largely comprehensive Arab educational encyclopedia. The author worked on it for more than three years, compiling the essence of his ideas and experiences, along with available literature and previous studies. He then formulated it in a style suitable for the reader and practitioner, especially the teacher, whether they are in the preparation stage or in-service (professional development stage).
