Ikhtilaf al-Fuqaha is a book on the differences among imams, or comparative jurisprudence. It presents issues and explains the opinions and sayings of the scholars and leaders of the various schools of thought. However, in this edition and others, only the chapters on Mudabbar, sales, currency exchange, Salam contracts, sharecropping, usurpation, and guarantee are found. This is what remains of the book after being moved from one place to another.
