This book is an important and focused study on human resource management in its contemporary context. The emergence of the internet and the massive expansion of electronic networks in all fields have led to a shift from traditional business methods to electronic ones. This marks a transition from the era of paper-based management with its bureaucratic mindset to the age of electronic management, giving rise to 'electrocracy'. This shift has significantly impacted and fundamentally changed the functions of human resource management.

This transition prompted American expert Dave Ulrich, a leading HR expert and consultant to many of the world's top 200 companies, to declare that the era of traditional human resource management is over. However, this does not mean the end of the human element, which is the most valuable asset of any organization. This is emphasized by P. Straubmann, who considered the myth of our time to be that technology is the solution to all problems. While it is easy to acquire devices, transforming data into something useful requires significant intelligence and focus from human resources.

Faced with these challenges, human resource management is now more than ever required to adopt an electronic approach to its operations to maintain its effectiveness and ensure adaptation to global changes. This can only be achieved by cultivating human resources capable of keeping up with global developments in various scientific and practical fields. Therefore, this study aims to identify the most significant changes and developments that human resource management has witnessed in the age of e-management.
