A dull-colored city where a young girl helps her elderly neighbor by carrying her bags. The neighbor, happy and grateful, feeds the hungry birds on her balcony. Acts of kindness circulate from one person to another, eventually returning to the same girl who, along with her grandmother, now sees the city transformed into a colorful, joyful place.
