What prompted me to quickly compile the topics of this book and publish them is that these subjects are matters of concern for many, especially after the downturns and disappointments caused by the Gulf War and the beginning of the Soviet Union's collapse, reflecting on the region and the world, with potential implications. Most of the topics presented are controversial and open to much dialogue and exchange of opinions, especially as the previously prevailing and established convictions are no longer the same. Most of these topics raise more questions than they provide answers, particularly in a time when matters have become intertwined and confusing. Perhaps one of the objectives of what has happened in this region is to spread confusion, break certainty, and ultimately end the dream and future hope, raising white flags as a sign not only of military defeat but also of moral defeat. Therefore, it is useful and essential to pose the right questions and attempt to discover the path.
