Hashiyat al-Kharshi 'ala Mukhtasar Sidi Khalil, accompanied by Hashiyat al-'Adawi 'ala al-Kharshi, is a gloss on the jurisprudence of Imam Malik. In it, the author explains the compendium of the scholar Khalil on the branches of the Maliki school, as it is one of the most famous and best compendiums in this school of thought. Al-Kharshi wrote a commentary on it that clarifies its terms and contains its restrictions, adding benefits that are easy for beginners to understand. His explanation is free from verbosity and avoids being overly concise, striking a middle ground. It includes the opinions of the scholars of the school and those who have written on the subject. At the bottom of the book, we have included Hashiyat al-'Adawi 'ala al-Kharshi, which further enhances its utility. This is a revised edition with referenced verses and hadiths.
