The origin of this book is a scientific thesis titled: 'Fiqh Ayat al-Ahkam from the book Al-Mubdi' by Ibn Muflih: Compilation and Study,' which was discussed at the College of Sharia and Islamic Studies at Umm Al-Qura University in Mecca and was approved with distinction.

The research is fundamentally derived from the book 'Al-Mubdi.' In its footnotes, the author established the methods of inference used by the companions with verses for the issues mentioned, tracing and compiling them from the works of the Hanbalis in Tafsir (exegesis), explanation of the Sunnah, Fiqh (jurisprudence), Usul (principles), and language, as well as what the prominent figures of the school, such as Ibn al-Jawzi, Ibn Taymiyyah, Ibn al-Qayyim, and Ibn Rajab, wrote in their commentaries and individual treatises.
