I address this introduction, after the esteemed reader, to the ministries responsible for developing community and social organizations, particularly the Ministry of Social Solidarity or Social Affairs, which is tasked with setting standards to improve the quality of services and practices in the various social organizations under its authority.

Today's world faces numerous financial and economic challenges, especially after the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), which has had negative effects on various individuals, groups, and communities. Social and non-social organizations have also borne a significant share of these impacts.

Therefore, it became necessary to assist social organizations that serve broad and diverse segments in various Arab and Western societies, especially given the limited funding available from governments and the complex conditions imposed by authorities for obtaining grants necessary for their financial sustainability.
