This theatrical work, despite its temporal distance, is but an extension of a communicative movement with the present, which still besieges us with the winds of domination, oppression, tyranny, injustice, subjugation, and intrigue. It addresses wars of all kinds, from those of iron and fire to the fiercest wars of interests, which resonate through every era bleeding in defense of truth, freedom, and peace. In this work, author Habib Sadek attempts to prevent the past from repeating itself. The human problem highlighted here focuses on closing the gap between idea and action, between aspiration and application. He wanted his hand to think for his mind, his words to scream at the oppressive tyrant who moves through time, turning historical places into a stage for his insatiable desires, and making people puppets to delight in the sound of their pain. This work is a modest attempt to contribute to spreading Arab awareness, urging people to rebel against injustice and oppressors, and to strive until martyrdom for the truth we still seek in the depths of our time, until the pursuit of freedom itself has enslaved us.
