This book covers the entrepreneurial journey from start to finish, from generating ideas and identifying opportunities to establishing projects based on those ideas and opportunities, and beyond that, to internal and external expansion strategies. The starting point of the entrepreneurial journey begins with creative ideas or market opportunities obtained or identified through a need, a specific event, or information that leads to a creative idea, among other sources. The idea's owner begins by verifying the idea, consulting with specialists, gathering information, and conducting studies and analyses to ensure the idea is applicable and adds specific value to markets and customers.
Distinguished ideas or opportunities intended for implementation go through a series of tests (feasibility studies) to verify whether the idea is worth pursuing. After the idea or opportunity successfully passes the feasibility test and the results indicate its viability (economic, social, environmental, cultural, political, etc.), the owner begins to write a business plan that will guide them in the actual implementation in the market (innovation). After the successful implementation of the business plan, the project starts operating, where it must possess the necessary managerial capabilities, required resources, and funding to conduct business.
Through this book, the author attempts to provide the most important information, guidance, and knowledge about the creative, innovative, and entrepreneurial process and about entrepreneurial projects from their inception to their final implementation and beyond, such as growth and expansion strategies. The author hopes this book will help students understand creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship, inspiring and guiding them towards entrepreneurial work, work independence, social distinction, and achieving an above-average income if the project succeeds, as studies, analysis, and proper planning significantly help in increasing the success rate of such projects.
