Edward Said's Orientalism Original

Orientalism is the title of the Arabic translation of Professor Edward Said's book, "Orientalism," which he authored in 1978. It deals with French, English, and later American writings, studies, and concepts about the Middle East, which Professor Said argues are the main reason for the rift between Western civilization and Eastern culture in general and the East.
