The rapprochement between East and West is a gain for the West, and if the East is to benefit from something, it is not of the same kind of benefit that Westerners will reap, nor is it of equal importance. Therefore, there is no justification for conceding on any fundamental matters, especially since nothing can rise above the rights of truth.

Exposing the West's shortcomings, mistakes, and deficiencies is not an act of hostility towards it. On the contrary, it is the only way to heal the pain from which it suffers, which could lead to its demise if it does not recover before it is too late.

We know with certainty that this work is difficult and not without its troubles, but that is fine if we believe in its necessity. Our greatest hope is that some people will understand that it is truly necessary. If that is achieved, then those who understand cannot stop at understanding, just as those who know certain truths cannot ignore them or deny their consequences.
