Many people have turned to early marriage seeking stability and an independent home, yet they are often unaware of its consequences and the resulting problems. The phenomenon of early marriage has become a threat to the fabric of society, requiring concerted efforts and amendments to laws and regulations to confront it and to build a national, social, and cultural agenda to limit its spread.

Is early marriage truly this dangerous, and has it become a phenomenon worthy of such media attention? To answer this question, this research delves into defining marriage in general and early marriage in particular, specifying a certain age for it, and understanding the wisdom, legal purpose, and Islamic perspective on marriage. It also discusses the religious ruling on marriage, the determination of a specific age for it, the ruling on the marriage of minors below the age of puberty, and examines the reality of early marriage in Arab and foreign laws, in addition to reviewing its benefits and harms. These are the topics that will be addressed and processed within the pages of this research.
