Anyone who follows the journey of training in our Arab world finds that the training process is still performed in the traditional way, relying on direct interaction between the trainer and the trainee, based on training materials, traditional training halls, and educational aids, in addition to the financial return. This method is not suitable as we live in the third millennium and the vast advanced capabilities offered by information technology and the communications field.

With this development, modern trends in training have emerged to keep pace with the information revolution era, where what is known as (E-Training) has appeared. This has made the training process a continuous one, not bound by time or place, where an individual's value lies in the knowledge and skills they possess and their ability to employ them to achieve added value for themselves, the institution they work for, and the community they belong to.

What motivated the author to prepare this book was completing a training program (Certified E-Trainer), the first of its kind in our Arab world. It was then that the importance of spreading the culture of e-training in the Arab world became clear. It is certain that e-training will revolutionize the world of training sooner or later, whether we like it or not. This is a confirmed fact that will happen in all training institutions in the Arab world.
