Is Islam truly responsible for terrorism, or is it the historical Islamic jurisprudence, which was man-made to suit political systems? Will eliminating extremist Islamic movements be sufficient to combat terrorism? Are wars and armed force enough to eradicate terrorism, or does it have roots in the primary books of jurisprudence?
This book sheds light on the many meanings of concepts mentioned in the Quran, whose incorrect interpretation caused a significant deviation from the message the Prophet brought to be a mercy to the worlds, such as jihad, fighting, enjoining good and forbidding evil, and loyalty and disavowal. Perhaps this effort will contribute to drying up the sources of terrorism, addressing this phenomenon intellectually rather than eliminating it superficially.
