Anan Al-Natofiya - Dar Sader

A rebellious poetess, known as one of the most memorable and talented women poets. She was owned by a man named Al-Natofi from Baghdad.

Born in Yamama (or possibly Medina), she became famous in Baghdad.

The poet Abbas bin Al-Ahnaf admired her. She had stories with him, Abu Nuwas, and others.

She died in Khorasan.

According to Abu Ali Al-Qali, Anan, the poetess from Yamama, was exceptionally talented, quick-witted, and often debated with prominent poets, matching them in skill.

Her stories are recorded, such as in the "Al-Mustatraf Min Akhbar Al-Nisa" where it is mentioned she went to Egypt after being freed and died there.
