The study emphasizes the role of cultural elements in giving discourses the trait of circulation and spread, suggesting a pragmatic relationship between cultural systems and discourse traditions. The research also examines the connection between the mental framework of a creator and the discourse structure, asserting that discourse foundation builds on the cognitive aspects provided by the intellectual framework as a socio-cultural output, and the linguistic sign through which the poet expresses his experience. The researcher states: 'In this work, I aim to reveal the efficacy of integrating cognitive and cultural fields with poetic discourse linguistics by questioning the relationship between discourse systems and cultural laws, benefiting from cultural criticism theories. My aim is to understand that discourse linguistics can evolve in various directions based on cultural and cognitive discourse production conditions. I declare my bias from the start towards a critical systematic practice that aspires to highlight the importance of cultural construction for poetic discourse linguistics and includes all discussions which may arise about the relationship between linguistics, at its current intellectual turn, and the cultural or ideological fields represented in discourse linguistics behind most linguistic practices within discourse. This bias does not reject the linguistic achievement at the well-known linguistic level but considers that communication systems presented by language and culture play a foundational role in the cultural construction of poetic discourse linguistics. To cover the study subject more comprehensively, the researcher divides his study into five chapters and a conclusion: The first chapter is titled: Pragmatics and the Diversity of Discourse References, examining pragmatic knowledge and cultural diversity, cultural references, and their impact on prevailing meanings and intersections: cultural/discourse. The second chapter is titled: Repetition as a Cultural/Linguistic Practice (A Linguistic Approach to Understanding Common Meaning and Philosophy of Dialogue), examining the philosophy of repetition, addressing repetition in dialogic texts as either verbal mimicry or cognitive circulation, the cultural characteristics of repetition, verbal repetition, and dialogue effectiveness, and the acoustic engineering of repetition and its impact on the recipient. The third chapter focuses on: Cultural Systems and Discourse Systems (The Semiotic Mechanism of Poetic Discourse Systems), including three topics: the system from cultural to poetic, a critical approach to understanding system transformations, the issue of formulating poetic systems, the conditions of poetic system production, and its relation to discourse systems. The fourth chapter is titled: Metaphor as a Cultural Need for Discourse Production (A Semiotic Approach to Text Analysis and Its Relation to Its References), including four topics: semiotics and metaphor: linking knowledge in oppositions, the semiotic function of metaphor, metaphor and the semiotic function of spatial terms, and metaphor and the semiotic function of temporal terms. The fifth and final chapter is titled: Discourse Traditions and Cultural Systems, including three topics: the cognitive structure framing the question of text and its semiotic implications, the semiotic description of discourse traditions, and the dialectical construction of discourse. An important study through which the researcher aimed to create a cultural strategy to provide a qualitative understanding of modern linguistics, offering a deeper understanding of the linguistic sign within the discourse.
