The Assyrian civilization is one of the greatest ancient empires known for its vast expansion and formidable presence. The book argues that the Assyrian civilization was victimized by a brutal regional conspiracy that resulted in its collapse, leading to the displacement, captivity, and dispersion of its people, along with the plundering of its cultural achievements.

Part one of the book includes ten chapters, starting with a preliminary chapter on Assyria and Assyriology, and continues to explore various facets of the civilization such as geography, history, politics, law, military, civil aspects, economy, language, literature, and social elements. These themes are further expanded in the second part.
