This two-volume book discusses appellate decisions in personal status law. The first part's introduction covers topics reviewed by Sharia courts, including endowments (Waqf), disputes between endowments, orphans' funds, endowments tied to legal deeds, guardianship, trusteeship, inheritance, interdiction, its lifting, proof of maturity, and more. The author has made a significant effort to compile the most comprehensive principles, jurisprudential interpretations, and legal and judicial foundations contained in these decisions. The book is divided into chapters, starting with fees, then inheritance, estates, compensation for arbitrary divorce, separation, interdiction, custody and visitation, blood money (Diyya), marriage, and finally, obedience.

The second part complements the first volume. In this part, the author addresses matters of divorce, Zihar, Ila', and Li'an, defining each linguistically and terminologically and detailing their respective rulings. It then discusses the case of a missing person, defining their status and the ruling on their absence. It also covers dowry, trousseau, lineage, maintenance, deathbed gifts, bequests, endowments, and guardianship, explaining the rulings and definitions for each.
