On September 11, 2001, two planes struck the World Trade Center in New York City, causing the collapse of the towers. A third plane hit the Pentagon in Washington, while the fourth, intended for the White House, crashed in a Pennsylvania field. This terrorist attack, orchestrated by Osama bin Laden, resulted in the deaths of 2,900 people and unsettled the entire Western world. At that time, all European countries displayed a seemingly exemplary, yet deceptive, unity as their reactions remained cold towards other more horrific disasters occurring in different parts of the world. The American nation, driven by the administration and media's coverage, always portrayed themselves as victims. When we examine American history closely, it becomes evident that Americans are far from being victims. Instead, their thirst for revenge is almost laughable. Therefore, the coming hours and days should initiate self-criticism of their policies rather than extremism and war. This book was not written as a cry of hatred against the United States but as a gesture of peace. However, if Americans choose to adhere to the Manichaean doctrine (the belief in a struggle between light and darkness- Mani's doctrine of Persia), it will escalate violence, despite being the world's greatest power. Do they wish for increasing violence and terrorism on their land? Do they look forward to living in a constant state of fear and panic? If the answer is no, they must moderate and calm themselves. When you read this book, you will discover that Americans are far from being fit to play the role of the wronged virgins.
