Al-Mu'in 'ala Tafahhum al-Arba'in (The Helper in Understanding the Forty): Imam, the scholar, the great, pious, and ascetic Abu Zakariya Yahya ibn Sharaf al-Nawawi is considered one of the imams of this religion, who dedicated their lives to preserving this religion and transmitting it to subsequent generations. Imam al-Nawawi's book, “Al-Arba'in al-Nawawiyya” (The Forty Nawawi Hadiths), is one of the books in which its author collected the fundamentals of the religion along with its branches, such as jihad, ethics, asceticism, manners, acts of worship, and transactions (and each hadith is a great principle of the religion). This book received more attention, explanation, and clarification than others. There is no great imam who came after Imam al-Nawawi who did not write a commentary on the text of Al-Arba'in al-Nawawiyya. Among these commentaries is 'Al-Mu'in 'ala Tafahhum al-Arba'in' by the scholar Ibn al-Mulaqqin.
