Compiled and authored by the distinguished historian Mohammed bin Ali bin Ahmed Reda Allah Al-Mokhtar Al-Soussi Al-Ighi during his exile in his birthplace - Iligh - in Sous, Tiznit Province, southern Morocco. The author, Al-Mokhtar Al-Soussi, personally supervised its first edition's printing in Morocco in 1960.
