Al-Maasoul Book 20/1 is an encyclopedic work focusing on the history of Sous, its families, and its distinguished figures in literature and science. It was authored and compiled by the historian Mohamed Ben Ali Ben Ahmed Reda Allah Al Mokhtar Al Soussi Al Ilghi during his exile in his birthplace Igh in Sous, in the Tiznit Province of southern Morocco. Al Mokhtar Al Soussi personally supervised its first print edition in his lifetime in 1960 in Morocco, published in twenty volumes.
