The specificities of divine grace are diverse, bestowed by Allah upon whomever He wills of His servants. Just as He made Solomon the heir of David, peace be upon them, taught them the speech of birds, and gave them from all things, He also made the nation of our master and beloved Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him and his family, the heir to the final of books. He chose and selected them, making them the best nation brought forth for mankind. He extends provision to whomever He wills of His servants, grants some of them empowerment on earth, gives others knowledge and grants them precision in understanding, and plants affection for the righteous believers in the hearts of people. Thus, their actions became esteemed and their words heeded. If they are present, necks crane towards them in anticipation; if they speak, ears listen with enjoyment; and if they write, their writings spread among the people, who engage with them through reading, memorization, explanation, and clarification. In the books of jurisprudence, there are summaries that have been particularly well-received and cared for. Their phrases are concise and their benefits are abundant; lean in wording but rich in meaning, easy to memorize, and their texts are invoked when needed in pressing matters.
